霓虹焕彩。花洋红色，台阁型。花蕾常开裂。花径16x8厘米。下方花花瓣多轮，排列整齐，基黑紫色斑。雄蕊多瓣化。雌蕊瓣化为绿色彩瓣。上方花花瓣较大，皱褶。雄雌蕊皆退化变小。植株半开张。中型圆叶。小叶卵圆形，叶背有毛，叶缘稍上卷。花型丰满，花色鲜艳。生长势，分枝力强。成花率高，花期中。菏泽赵楼牡丹园育出(1972)。
